No, that's serious. The support here in the forum is free (and we're spending hours each day to help as much as we can), but we still have to earn a living, and if we should login to your server, than this is professional support which can't be free. If you want free support, then you can post all your questions and logs, etc. here, and we'll try to help you as good as we can, but if you need more assistance, then we have to charge you for that. I don't think there's anything wrong with that.
