Hello, after a couple of months I need to cancel my subscription, but am having difficulty doing so. The instructions at http://www.howtoforge.com/subscription do not match up with the way that PayPal pages currently look. That's understandable, things change. But when I login to my PayPal account and find the payment from "projektfarm GmbH" it does not show up as a subscription, but as a regular payment with currency conversion from Euros to Dollars (I'm in the US obviously). How do we cancel now? Thank you - Richard
You have to select the timespan in the paypal history were you ordered the initial subscription, then you will get the subscription item in the list.
