cannot assign mysql databases or shell access to sites

    lo all,

    I am having an issue with version 2.2.15. For some reason I cannot assign a database or shell access to a site. I entered a client, attached a site to the client but when I check MySQL Database ISPConfig says "You cannot assign MySQL databases to this website" and I cannot find out why. Same thing with shell access.

    Anyone got an idea how I can find out what's going wrong?

    Please make sure that you enable the ability to have shell access and mysql databases to the reseller too.

    that was it. The "reseller" (me) didn't have checks in Shell and MySQL.
