Cannot delete domain, Recycle Bin Won't Empty

I am getting NO error messages. I wanted to delete a domain that would not add correctly. The system loops through without emptying the Recycle Bin. The domain structure is still on the system.
    /var/www/domaintodelete/
    /var/named/..../pri.domaintodelete...

    Everything is still there.

When I added the domain, the system started going to German instead of English for that domain. I couldn't add users and kept receiving an error.

If I try and restore the domain from Recycle Bin, it says "error_max_user_web"

IMPORTANT NOTE: When the domain "added" it did so to the DNS MANAGER. By that I mean the control panel for the domain was under DNS MANAGER and never within the usual ISP MANAGER tree. I cannot empty it form the DNS MANAGER Recycle Bin.

Database for ISPCONFIG has this for the domain:
    1 match(es) inside table del_status
    2 match(es) inside table dns_nodes
    2 match(es) inside table isp_isp_web

    id doc_id doctype_id name pfad web_host web_domain status

Please help me with removing this domain and readding it successfully. Thanks!

I'm assuming this will require manual removal. Here's what I think needs done, please correct me as necessary:
    1) delete entries in database
    2) delete /var/www/ folder for domain
    3) delete /var/named/ pri file for domain
    4) delete entry in vhosts.conf for httpd
    5) delete entry in named.conf for named

    What else?

    UGH!

    Hi,

I am a newbie to this forums.

I have the same problem. I mean, I am unable to delete a DNS domain. It gets deleted form the ISPconfig tree but nothing is changed on the filesys, i.e. named.conf remains untouched and pri.domain unchanged as well. Yes it goes to the recycle bin but I am unable to empty it. The most I can do is restore... but only sometimes. Right now, for instance, I am unable to access the recycle bin as it says that the system is being updated. On the ispconfig.log the only thing that appears relevant is the statement that the recycle bin is in use.

Now, we are unable to change anything in DNS!

One thing that might be relevant, is that we changed in Management, server, settings the default Ns1 and 2 and Admin e-mail.

We are using CentOS 5.4 with ISPconfig 2.2.24. We never messed with the database!

We are not an ISP and we only use ISPconfig for its ease to have several sites with email and so on. For DNS manager, for instance, we only have 9 domains...

Please, help me sort these out!

    Thnk you in advance,

    José Proença de Andrade
