  1. I installed Wordpress 4.2.2 on my ISPCONFIG 3 environment running Ubuntu 14 Trusty , the issue is that when loading the site it gives this error

    File does not exist: /var/www/clients/client0/web114/web/wp-content/themes/alexandria/ccc/.css
but if i check this directory all css files are there. my developer blame it on this ispconfig environment. not sure whether they are right or wrong, please chas anyone come across such issue.

Did you notice that the css file has no name: /var/www/clients/client0/web114/web/wp-content/themes/alexandria/ccc/.css ? A file starting with a dot is a so called hidden file on Linux systems and thats why the webserver wont deliver it. change the name from .css to whatever.css and your webserver will deliver it.
