    Good Morning
Outbound mail is working perfectly - the struggle I have is that no new email is being delivered and NDR is sent immediately
I am having a similar problem than an older post , and have been chasing my tail since December 2023 - with no luck ( As a side note - server has been running perfectly for the last 5 years - and this is a new error)
I have tried all avenues and not sure - any assistance or guidance will be greatly appreciated
My Operating system is CentOS Linux 7.9.2009 - with Postfix and roundcube
Viewing tail -f /var/log/maillog is as follows
    Jan 4 18:53:17 mailserver postfix/smtpd[2890]: disconnect from unknown[45.129.14.120]
    Jan 4 18:53:18 mailserver postfix/smtpd[2874]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from mail-am7eur03on2090.outbound.protection.outlook.com[40.107.105.90]: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [40.107.105.90] blocked using dnsbl.njabl.org; from=<XXXX> to=<XXXX> proto=ESMTP helo=<EUR03-AM7-obe.outbound.protection.outlook.com>

The error is mentioned in the log, see:

so there is no issue with your server, it's your IP address that is blacklisted. If you run this server at home, then put it in a datacenter instead and take care the datacenter provider allows running a mail server. Alternatively, use a email relay service to relay outgoing emails instead of having them sent by your server directly.
