can't access pages on localhost

    I created a user and gave him ftp access with webserver access.
    I uploaded a "index.html" file but im unable to access the site.
    I get the following error :
    what am i doing wrong ?

    Did aou access the website with the domain name that you entered for the site in ISPConfig? Did you upload the file to the web folder? Is the administrator checkbox for the FTP user enabled?
