Can't Access phpmyadmin after upgrading to ISPConfig 3.1.6

    I recently upgraded ISPConfig to version 3.1.6 but i can nolonger access phpmyadmin, the link to it just downloads a file to my computer. please help

    Check your vhost for apps and ispconfig depending on which port did you assign it too.
