debian lenny perfect server x64. I can go to websites on the server from the outside ->in, but on the server itself, I cannot resolv out. running ISPC3.0.3.3 and this just started on friday I think. So I cannot apt-get update "W: Failed to fetch http://volatile.debian.org/debian-volatile/dists/lenny/volatile/Release.gpg Temporary failure resolving 'volatile.debian.org'" I cannot ping google.com "ping: unknown host google.com" I changed from currrent dns servers to google public servers and still nothing. I restart networking and still nothing. UPDATE: FIXED. For some reason ISPC3 wasn't using the nameservers I put into the cp and I had to force them in /etc/network/interfaces . A restart of networking and all is well....not sure WHY it happened though considering it's been running fine.
