I've done an upgrade to 2.2.9. Alrady I've tried to run the installscript again. Every seems to be ok but after I loged in and try to change the password with the link to the tools I get a black frame on the left side where should be the navigation icons. /root/adminispconfig/tools shows no "web" directory. I realy dont know were it is gone and how I can install an new version of ISPConif with the tools.
I guess you had the remoting framework installed? In this case the solution would have been to put the ioncube lodaer file for PHP 5.2.0 in the directory /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/web/ioncube/
