Ok, I'm not sure if this is a linux or an ISPconfig thing but, I have a forum script installed (smf) and it needs to be able to create a folder and it doesn't seem that it can. I have the entire fodler chmod'd to 777 and it makes no difference. the only thing I've noticed is that files uploaded belong to the apache group and user instead of admin/web17. Suggestions? edit: scratch that. figured it out. sorta. delete this.
