Hello, I am not able to delete domains in DNS Manager. I checked log file in the /home/adminispconfig/ispconfig/ispconfig.log and ther is no record for classes/ispconfig_bind.lib.php. (I suppose to be here something. Is there some debug tool for advice me what is wrong? Thank you for answer.
Neither I can. Hi Falko, It seems I have the same problem than m0ufa: On my DNSmanager, the recycle bin shows: "DNS Record: myweb.com", I empty the recycle bin but this record remains. On my IPSmanager, I already deleted the myweb.com site and the recycle bin is empty but it shows "Note: Items remaining in recycle bin after emptying are currently in update state. Please try to delete them later." I have already wait for hours, there is no change. I tried to empty recycle bin anyway with no result. The problem is I cannot recreate the myweb.com site: I get the error message: "The name www.myweb.com is already in use by another site or domain." Thanks if somebody can help with this.
Thanks but it wont work Thanks Till, but the problem is there is a misconfiguration with this site. I have about 20 sites working well but this one does not. I have already checked all parameters availables within ISP manager and DNS manager and all are just the same than others sites working fine. I have also checked the nameservers of this domain name. All seems ok but the web does not work (host not found). So I am trying to delete the site to re-create it, and the case is I cannot actualy delete it. Whatever is the problem with this site, it is probably related to the fact I cannot delete it. Please take into acount I am newbie and I have performed a server moving a few ago. Maybe I am doing (or I have done) something wrong. Thanks for any help.
Then its a problem with DNS only and not with the website. Check the DNS record with the dig command to make sure that the domain exists and points to the correct ip. e.g. dig www.yourdomain.tld

Aditionaly Aditionaly, at this time I can only restore the DNS, I cannot restore the site because the ISP manager bin is empty. As you know, if I try to recreate the site, I get the error message "The name www.myweb.com is already in use by another site or domain."
Then the domain www.myweb.com must be assigned to another site e.g. as co-domain. The existing dns record does not cause this error message. If you dont find the co-domain, you can also use the search function to check if there is still a website with this domain.

no way. No way. The ISPmanager search function shows no results. The DNSmanager search function shows no results when the "myweb.com" DNS is in the recycle bin. I thought the error message "The name www.myweb.com is already in use by another site or domain." is due to the "myweb.com" DNS in the DNS manager recycle bin. Thanks if any suggestion.
Then there is defiantely a co-domain for this domain as co-domains are not covered by the search function. Check the co-domain tabs of all sites to find the co-domain, then delete it and then empty the recycle bin to remove it permanently.
Hi, I carefuly checked tabs of all sites. There is no "myweb.com" co-domain. I also edit the named.conf, there is no "myweb.com". "locate pri.myweb.com" shows no result. In database db_ispconfig, the table isp_isp_web shows a record for which "web_domain" value is "myweb.com" Maybe this can give you an indice to understand what is wrong. Remember: my problem is I cannot create the site "myweb.com", error message is "The name www.myweb.com is already in use by another site or domain." ISPmanager recycle bin shows: "Note: Items remaining in recycle bin after emptying are currently in update state. Please try to delete them later." Thanks for your help. Yes, as I already point out, the isp_isp_web table shows a record for myweb.com. For this record, status is "d" (deleted?) and web_domainlimit is "1". No, the isp_isp_domain table does not show any record for myweb.com Thanks.
