i have notice that i cant download full web backups (the backup utility on tools), i had taken a look at temp dir, and files are created... (directory and zip file (both with different names, this is normal?)...but dowload dont get started... and i get an erroneus zip file... any idea?
The backup utility can not ahndle these backup sizes because the browser times out before the backup is finished. You should consider to do the backup on the shell or activate the automatic nightly backups so that the users are able to download the backup files by FTP.
