    ISPConfig 3.1.15p3 / Debian 10 (buster).
I searched across all ISPConfig admin panel but I just can't find an option to disable custom error pages. Please help me find it.
    Thanks in advance!

Just do not enable the custom error pages checkbox in the website settings.

Sorry, my bad, I saw this option so many times, but I didn't find it because it was localized to my native Russian.

Is there a way to disable it to all websites without need to iterate trough all of them?

You can change the value in the dbispconfig database, table web_domain, for all sites, and then run Tools > resync on the websites in ISPConfig to apply the change.

Sorry for necro-bump, but I want to ask, is it possible to edit some template in order to disable Own Error-Documents for new sites?

Yes, change the default value for that column in the database table.
