I followed Falko's process for getting Apache to run ISPConfig on port 80: http://www.howtoforge.com/apache_reverse_proxy_ispconfig I have Debian Etch "The Perfect Etch Setup" with ISPConfig. Here some screenshots of my progress. Step 1: http://www.thec-team.com/ispconfig/step1.jpg Step 2: http://www.thec-team.com/ispconfig/step2.jpg Step 3: http://www.thec-team.com/ispconfig/step3.jpg I did get errors the first time around after I restarted Apache, so I chose the 2nd option to comment out: #NameVirtualHost * No errors after restart Step 4: http://www.thec-team.com/ispconfig/step4.jpg Step 5: Comment out the 4 lines and change the 2nd one to http from https http://www.thec-team.com/ispconfig/step5.jpg I thought it should work on either of these links, port 80 doesn't work: https://coen01.thec-team.com/ http://coen01.thec-team.com/ Update 03132008: One thing I forgot to mention is that once logged into ispconfig using port 81, the stylesheet and some images are not showing up. I did a "Properties" of a missing image and it said that it was looking for the image on http not https on the default http port, so something sort-of working.
I don't know if this is the error or not, but did a tail of the apache2 log ... http://www.thec-team.com/ispconfig/tail_apachelog.jpg Also, as I mentioned before, some images aren't coming up when I log in on port 81, here's the properties of the image ... looking for the image on http and port 80. http://www.thec-team.com/ispconfig/ispconfig_screenshot.jpg Thanks for the help that anyone can provide ...
Do you use IP addresses other than the ones shown by Code: ifconfig somewhere in your Apache configuration?
ISPConfig on Port 80 I can't say there are any other IPs in the Apache config. This is a relatively new installation, and if it wasn't included in "Perfect Etch Setup" or ISPConfig, it's pretty much an original install.
I've just re-installed ISPConfig this evening. I had a lot of quirky issues with it since I went through the "Run ISPConfig on Port 80" procedure, so i just re-installed it. Runs great now ...
