in this forum someone say that we can install app package on : - webserver (for the html, php part) - dbserver for database mysql part ... Bu in the fact when i want to install the package (drupal for example) it's installing drupal on webserver BUT nothing on dbserver ... (everything is install on webserver ... ) And in Client and "limit" tab , webserver and dbserver are the only server choosen ... Is it a bug ? Note : Drupal install ... An AJAX HTTP error occurred. HTTP Result Code: 502 Debugging information follows. Path: /core/install.php?langcode=fr&profile=standard&id=2&op=do_nojs&op=do StatusText: Bad Gateway ResponseText: 502 Bad Gateway 502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.14.2
in panel just a poor ... "Drupal 8.7.7-140 ledufinfra.fr/ Install error" I don't see the aim of the panel (ispconfig) if i must go in EACH server log everytime something goes ...wrong !
Hello Th0m (thank u ) From a Reseller login, (after create Websites for the reseller, own create) just with tab "Sites" then "available packages" then Drupal ... and install. Plus : i must let tick under "system" / "server services" : WEB + DB for my webserver ... if not , then package just won't install ... So DB app and WEB content app must be on the same server ... that is sad.
As I told you in your other post, APS is dead and will be removed, so I would advice you not to use it. Installing Drupal manually should work fine.
APS package installer requires it that the database is on the web server. But as @Th0m mentioned twice, the APS project stopped delivering packages in 2019 which means APS standard for CMS packages is completely dead, so we will remove the APS installer from ISPConfig as there are no new packages anymore.
hello Till, ok , that sad : this is a good features , isn't it ? Where can i found the roadmap and contibute ? Do you have an architecture schema of the application ispconfig ?
Roadmap is in the roadmap page: https://www.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/roadmap/ Development page tells how to contribute: https://www.ispconfig.org/development/ ISPConfig source code is available, if that helps with the architecture schema.
