Can't login to phpmyadmin anymore

I get this error when try to login.

phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in your configuration and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.

All my debian 5.0 perfect setup machines have that problem and it started a few days ago. What's happening?

So i got in the var/lib/phpmyadmin/config.inc.php file and that's what i get...
