Can't open phpmyadmin

I installed ispconfig3 with this manual http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-ubuntu-12.04-lts-apache2-bind-dovecot-ispconfig-3.
And, I can open ispconfig control panel, but I cannot open phpmyadmin.
https://example.com:8080/sites/database_phpmyadmin.php?id=1
and
http://example.com/phpmyadmin
are 404
I confirmed that phpmyadmin exists in /usr/share/phpmyadmin/ .
Please tell me how to open phpmyadmin.

dpkg-reconfigure phpmyadmin
"Autoconfigure for " > check apache2
