Which tutorial did you use to install this server? Is postgrey started?

Alibaba opened port 25 now for you? I just ask because it makes not much sense to install a mail server on a compute node that has port 25 closed.

That automated install script is not from ispconfig, so I can't tell you if it installs all required components. Try:

    apt-get install postgrey

port 25, open now, i had request and i can send email. and working.

    Code:
    apt-get install postgrey
    Reading package lists... Done
    Building dependency tree
    Reading state information... Done
postgrey is already the newest version (1.36-5).

Then the postgrey config might be wrong, the file /etc/default/postgrey must contain this:

    Code:
    # postgrey startup options, created for Debian

    # you may want to set
    # --delay=N how long to greylist, seconds (default: 300)
    # --max-age=N delete old entries after N days (default: 35)
    # see also the postgrey(8) manpage

    POSTGREY_OPTS="--inet=10023"

    # the --greylist-text commandline argument can not be easily passed through
    # POSTGREY_OPTS when it contains spaces. So, insert your text here:
    #POSTGREY_TEXT="Your customized rejection message here"
Fix it and then restart postgrey.

Is UFW installed and active? UFW denies by default.
    Code:
    ufw status numbered
If inactive you may not see any output. if active, do you see port 25 being allowed, are the any rules earlier rules that deny port 25.

Is there a line in /etc/hosts on the sending server to tell it where the mail server is.
    <ip address> hostname.example.com
