Can't get to the ISPConfig control panel or defined web sites while on same segment as the server. We can see all while outside the users network however.

Your firewall might prevent these connections if it has a IP spoofing filter.

Another solution is to change the hosts files on your workstations so that they resolve the domains of your sites to the correct internal IP address instead of the external IP address of your router.

    Till, you are a genius!

Made entries in the HOSTS file and can now see sites from behind the router.

I have another issue; users on the same segment as the ISPConfig server cannot access email with Outlook 2003. However, they have no problem while outside the network. Is this still a HOSTS file issue, or am I on another adventure?

    Thanks for any input

Please try use the internal IP address of the server as smtp and pop3/imap server in outlook.
