this is the error message from my outlook test account. I can get access to the mail server but cant send a test email :- Task 'ibcbrantford - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts.' i checked everything obvious , i am using the same login and password for server authentication as the email account to login to the email server.
You mean that you can fetch mail with pop3 in outlook with the same username and password in outlook, but you can not send? Then please compare your sasl configuration with the perfect setup howto for your linux distribution that can be found on the ISPConfig documentation page.
