Hi guys, hope you all are doing fine in this times, the question in not a problem of ISP, but maybe some can help me. In our organization we have an area that gave the service for web hosting and emails for our clients (Also our self), but for some reason for the last two weeks, we can't send emails to Hotmail, Live , Outlook, or any Microsoft domain, we are able to send emails to any outside organization gmail, yahoo, custom domains, etc. the only exception are Hotmail, or Live, outlook, ... And we are doing this from our Own servers, with fixed IPs that also we check and everything is ok. Has anybody had this problem?, or anybody know how to fix it?. Thanks a lot.
This is old problem: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...k-domain/5c8d927c-533c-4c2a-8a61-28c4ce0cf600 Messages dont end up anywhere, no bounce no spamfolder, that sucks. If you add sender adress in hotmail webmail adressbook, it will be delivered. Check your SPF, DKIM, DMARC and Reverse DNS and so on. And and do create a SNDS account and add your IP's, that will help magically also: https://sendersupport.olc.protection.outlook.com/snds/FAQ.aspx
I agree this problem is quite common. Beside what @elmacus suggested, there is a complaint form for this kind of issues, I used it in the past and contacting them helped in my cases: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequestform/8ad563e3-288e-2a61-8122-3ba03d6b8d75
