Hey, I am following the CentOS tutorial but I have come astray. I am on this page > http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_setup_centos_4.3_p5 right at the bottom. The first line runs fine but the second line give me this error. EDIT: I tried running the 1st line but now gives me an error.... What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Scott
I've done some of the perfect install tutorial a lot, and I've gotten the same error message sometimes. What I do (because I want to follow the install to the letter) is kill the install and start again. I will say though, that I think you are supposed to enter the hostname.domain.tld instead of localhost.localdomain: Kind of implies the host.domain.tld format...
