Letsencrypt is creating a lot of problems on servers with multiple domains and I'm wondering how you have managed to control site/email certification renewals without problems? One of the biggest problems I have seen is the inability to create alerts when something goes wrong. I'm starting to think that maybe bash scripting might be needed to handle exceptions and alerts. Do any of you use cron to manually run script that handle Letsencrypt renewals?
