i setup a client, then testing creating websites, ftp users etc ... then see the prefix for user ftp etc. so decide to modify Contact firstName and Contact Name ... go back to ftp users ... but user prefix is not changed is this a bug ?
No, its implemented in that exact way to avoid that login credentials of other services change just because username changes.
