Change order for proxy redirection in vhost file

Hi,
when i setup a proxy redirection AND want the http to https redirection too, the latter is not taken because it appears last in vhost file.
The sequence should be :
1- disallow letsencrypt redirection
2- do http -> https redirection
3- do proxy redirection
Now the 2 last items are swapped.
