Hi, I'm planning to migration my ISPConfig VM to a new Server. Unfortunately I can't use my old public IP on the new host. So I have to change the IP in all the Services, DNS etc. Is there any good idea how to do this? If possible not by changing every setting by hand in the Web UI. I only found a documentation for older ISPConfig releases, but none for ISPConfig 3.1 yet. Best Regards, Corvin
The migration tool is able to alter the IP address during migration: https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial...-confixx-plesk-to-ispconfig-31-single-server/ If you di a migration manually instead, then you can change the Ip in the ispconfig database with sql queries and then use Tools > resync to write the changes to disk.
I would prefer the manual change of the IP in the Database. Due to the fact that only the VM is migrating from Host1 to Host2. (With the mandatory IP change)
