Change the websites directorys

    I've create my website using ISPConfig.
    The root directory is /var/www/mysite.com/web
    I want to create anothers sub sites (project.mysite.com) inside the mysite.com directory like /var/www/mysite.com/project and install a wordpress inside that. But when I create another domain using ISP he creates another path (var/www/client/clients1/webX/) for the site and I don't know how to change it.

    Under System > Main Config enable 'Create subdomains as web site', then under Sites add a new 'Subdomain (vhost)' and specify the path under Web Folder.
