Changed firewall settings now all incoming access is blocked

I can get into Lish Console on my host and i've looked for the bastille-firewall file in init.d but it doesn't exist. I checked and port 8080 was open when it created the rules but it's closed now. (still listening I checked)

Edit: Restarting the server seems to have fixed it.
