    Hello there folks!
I need to change both hostname and hostname -f and am wondering if I need to do anything in the ispconfig install after changing it in the linux environment via /etc/hostname.

    Thanks for your time!

    Internet search engines with
    Code:
Changing hostname - anything need to be done in ispconfig?
    works well.

I've changed all instance found in:

But /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/config.inc.php did not exist. Has this file been moved perhaps or is it no longer part of the install?

    try /usr/local/ispconfig/server/lib/config.inc.php and /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/lib/config.inc.php instead.

The hostname is normally not in the ispconfig config.inc.php file.

This is a file from ISPConfig 2, you probably looked into a thread of the old ISPConfig software, which has nothing in common with ISPConfig 3.
