Ive got a problem that a few customers cannot access port :81 due to their firewall etc. Also causes problems with mobile browsing and so on as most phone networks only allow access to port 80.

Ive read up and theres plenty of redirect solutions but is there any way to change the web mail port once and for all to something like www.ispconfigdomain.com/webmail and that truly doesn't just redirect to a different port.

    Thanks

The easiest solution is that you just install a webmail client of your choice into one of your websites.

Ok makes sense, ive had a look at the round cube tutorial and it seems all ok. Will i be able to let people login as [email protected] rather than having to remember the web123_username ?

Also will all clients be able to use the webmail or will it be valid for only domain.com users

    Thanks

You'd have to modify the sources to look up the system username from the email address in the ISPConfig database. If you don't want to do this, then users must log in with their system user names (web123_username).

    Yes.
