    Hello,

I've added several websites and root directory for every website has the names like
    Code:
    web1
    web2
    web3
    ...
I want to change that names in something like
    Code:
    mydomain.com
    anotherdomain.net
    sub.domain.com
    ...
It is possible to make this changes? It's useful because when a user add 10-15 websites, it's become hard to manage them.

Are you talking about ISPConfig? If yes, then there is already a symlink there with the name of the domain for easy shell navigation. So you can enter the domain directory with:

    cd /var/www/mydomain.com

yes, I'm using ISPConfig3. This is working in shell, but with SFTP with programs like CuteFTP because the program is trying to download the file :)
