charset in inhalt_tree.php

    Hi,
    I'm from Poland. Files pl.lng have a lot of errors and I'm correct this files. I'm change charset from iso-8859-2 to UTF-8, but file inhalt_tree.php has not declaration of charset. Do you correct this in next version?

    ps2. where send files pl.lng if I correct them?
