Theres an email address on my server, (non admin) and isp config says its using 10mb of the 10mb allowed, but the user insists that there is little to no mail in the inbox.. and his client isnt set to leave a copy on the server Is there any way i can check into this further? see where the 10mb is. Please be aware that other files stored under this account e.g. in the website account to this quota. To check this, cd into the home directoyr of the user and run: du -h --max-depth=1
2.7M ./user/web12_axoc/.spamassassin 36K ./user/web12_axoc/Maildir/new 92K ./user/web12_axoc/Maildir/cur 4.0K ./user/web12_axoc/Maildir/tmp 140K ./user/web12_axoc/Maildir 8.0K ./user/web12_axoc/web 3.0M ./user/web12_axoc this isnt the main user, its just one he has for email purposes. So i suspect it could be down to mail trapped in the system somewhere the email reads
