checklist to find the cause of "554 5.7.1 554 5.7.1 <[email protected]>: Relay access denied

Hi, I am running ISPConfig Version: 3.2.8p1 on Ubuntu 20.04
I have only one website configured on the server which is mydom.tld. Whenever I send email to it I receive the error
554 5.7.1 <info@mydom.tld>: Relay access denied.
The user info is configured and has a password associated with it
I have not yet been able to send from "[email protected]" yet as the login is refused in RoundCube.
Is there a configuration checklist available or a list of relevant logs I can check ??
