I have a problem installing chroot sftp with Linux Ubuntu 8.04.2 system and openssh version OpenSSH_4.7p1. i followed this link http://www.howtoforge.com/chroot_ssh_sftp_debian_etch i tested it under redhat before and it worked fine. now the problem that i cannot find the chroot patch file for my current configuration. http://chrootssh.sourceforge.net/download/openssh-4.7p1-chroot.tar.bz2 pleas advice . thanks
It seems as if the development of chrootSSH patches has stopeed because since OpenSSH 4.8, chrooting is built into OpenSSH by default (see http://www.howtoforge.com/chrooted-ssh-sftp-tutorial-debian-lenny ). Please understand that we got a life and are not sitting in front of our computers the whole day.
