How do i go about integrating ispconfig with open ssh in a chrooted environment. The how to's that i have found are outdated. I would like to be able to offer customers the ability to have a chrooted shell access. My other question is can this be integrated with ispconfig 2.2.32, that is user creation and administration with the appropriate access rights.

I want to be able to offer ruby on rails for my customers and you need shell access to work with it.

The sshd patches that are needed to use the chrooting functions in ispconfig 2 are not available anymore, so you can not use the chroot functions anymore. ISPConfig 3 uses jailkit, so if you need to use chrooting you will have to switch to ispconfig 3 or if you want to use ispconfig 2 then you will have to configure your chroot enviroments manually.
