A client of a reseller says she 'can not send email'. Though this did work previously. It will be very hard to find out what is going wrong exactly, it could be connectivity issues with her ISP, changed settings. etc. But in the logs i found the following

    Code:
    Apr 16 12:09:45 hosting1 postfix/pickup[29271]: 6E7FE152C00: uid=10033 from=<web25_somaccount>
    Apr 16 12:09:45 hosting1 postfix/cleanup[9593]: 6E7FE152C00: message-id=<[email protected]>
    Apr 16 12:09:45 hosting1 postfix/qmgr[31750]: 6E7FE152C00: from=<[email protected]>, size=436, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
    Apr 16 12:09:45 hosting1 postfix/local[9624]: 6E7FE152C00: to=<[email protected]>, relay=local, delay=0.24, delays=0.17/0/0/0.06, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered to command: /usr/bin/procmail -f-)
    Apr 16 12:09:45 hosting1 postfix/qmgr[31750]: 6E7FE152C00: removed

I am trying to understand this, but it seems to me that the mail from the client web235_someaccount is sent to the adminispconfig. Why is this?
is this because the client forgot to fill in a 'to' address? Is the customers domain blocked by a spamfilter and not sent out therefor?

and: where is the email going? adminispconfig does not seem to have a mailbox that i can login to, and the configured admin email address does not receive it either.

or is this log-entry very normal and am i haunting ghosts?
