Hi, Iam running ispconfig 2.2.24 on centos 5.2 . The problem is that i have created a client with a domain to use eg. example.com. The client can login via the web interface of ispconfig and create databases, adding users etc but he can't connect via ftp (neather with ftp client nor with webftp). The users of the client (eg. web7_user1) can connect with ftp. It's possible for clients to connect on the htdocs directory of their domain (eg. /var/www/web7/web ? or only the users of the client have access via ftp?
You must enable the administrator option for one of the users. have a look at the first steps guide: http://www.howtoforge.com/ispconfig-2.x-first-steps
