Clients cannot create database or database users

    Hi - I just realized that there is no option for users to create databases or its users on the control panel.
    I can do it as admin, but they don't get the option. I did set the limit template to have 1 user and 1 database for this customer but it's not possible for them to create a database or its user.
    what am I missing?

    The option must be there for them if it's allowed within their limits. It's possible that you applied a limit template that disallows it, and then manually tried to set it; in this case, your manual setting is ignored and overridden by the template. In this case, you must allow it in the template.

    Ah very sorry yes indeed. when I migrated, all customers became "custom" in limits. Many thanks
