Mais , quand j'effectue le contraire avec le port 25 active (pop & smtp.domaine.com) cela marche pas , bon je sais que cette conversation à était déjà ouverte avant , mais il y à t' il pas une astuce pour que cela fonctionne , quelque chose qui pourrait fonctionner impeccablement. When you send this email, are you trying to send it to yourself? An account on the same mail server? Or someone on completely different domain? In your mail client, I would try using the IP address initially rather than smtp.yourdomain and pop3.yourdomain. That would help rule out dns errors. That's what Falko advised me and it did work. Then in time I added the CNames for pop and smtp once I was sure the mail server was working.
and if it's not a dedicated server but a "home hosted" one then check with your ISP if they allow to pass traffic on port 25. It seems they do as you can send from [email protected] to [email protected] but it's just to make sure.

Misterm, I'm not sure what your question is. If the question is can you use smtp on port 25 to send mail then the answer is yes. But like I said before, I think your problem is more complicated than that. If you're able to send mail to yourself, or to another email account on a domain that sits on the same server then it doesn't really prove much. It just shows that postfix can move mail from one user to another within itself. The real test is will it route mail in and out of your lan to other mail servers. Remember you have to have that port forwarded if your server sits behind a router. And again, I would advise using the IP address to communicate with your mail server to rule out some dns problems, or even better, use squirrel mail as the mail client as it should have been configured if you used the perfect install guides. (1) your ISP on whose internet connection you are (at home or work or school) might block port 25. Then you can't use port 25. In that case port 587 works but you'll have to make your mailserver listening to that. (2) What do you use as MTA (postfix?) and what do you use to access the mail accounts by pop/imap (courier?)
