config.inc.local.php problem

Hello,

I'm trying to use the interface config.inc.local.php. File is empty and i want only change the default theme, so i put on it

Code:

$conf['theme'] = 'theme';

but panel interface won't load. After some test I can say that interface load only when this file don't exist.

uid, gid and permission was ok

I'm using 3.0.4.2
