Hi there, I'm trying to configure Ubuntu in virtualbox but it is not starting , what could be the problems please. Thank you, IdowuOJ
virtualbox doesn't start or the vps instance doesn't start? corrupt files host doesn't support virtualisation. incorrect cpu settings. os isn't installed on the vps and no iso image is attached to the optical disk vps doesn't have enough ram assigned to run the os. vps doesn't have a large enough hard drive to install the os. take your pick of these and more.. you need to supply a bit (lot) more information that just it's 'not starting' if you want anyone here to be able to provide helpful advice.
Nowadays I use proxmox for virtualization as it is debian linux based and I prefer linux (debian / ubuntu) and I find it easier to manage. Are using virtualbox on windows or linux? And do provide other useful info as advised above.
