configure /etc/fstab mount: permission denied

    Hello
    my vi /etc/fstab
    according to - https://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-debian-wheezy-apache2-bind-dovecot-ispconfig-3-p4
    i need to add the line
    but when adding the line to /etc/fstab its looks
    and trying to -
    mount -o remount /
    i get
    mount: permission denied
    what i'm doing wrong?

    You seem to have a virtual server with openvz. In openvz servers, quota is activated in the openvz config file on the host system, there is no configuration in /etc/fstab required inside the vm.
