Confused about ISP Config Process

I'm not new to the web hosting business, just the ISP Config process.

I wiped a server, installed Fedora 11 and then followed the instructions for a Perfect ISP Config 2 Installation (Fedora 11).

I've created a plan, client and site (I kinda thought clients could create their own sites).

Now that site is getting the dreaded "This IP address is shared. For access to the web site which you look for, enter its address instead of its IP." error.

Then I added a user and tried to connect using FTP, but the user can't connect.

Some someone give me a few pointers to what I'm doing wrong?

    Thanks....

What's in Vhosts_ispconfig.conf, and what are the outputs of
    Code:
    ifconfig
    and
    Code:
    ls -la /root/ispconfig/
    ?
