Hi all, new to linux, i use Fedora 9, Ive been trying to connect to a windows server (and a printer) but without success. ive installed samba but it doesnt seem to see the server : theres nothing in smb:// when i try using the smbclient command here is what i get : [joachim@localhost ~]$ smbclient //server2/data Enter joachim's password: Anonymous login successful Domain=[IPCRI] OS=[Windows Server 2003 3790 Service Pack 2] Server=[Windows Server 2003 5.2] tree connect failed: NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED there shouldnt be a password to access this server, i dont understand why it asks me for one. any help would be much appreciated thanks joachim
