Was it working before? If not, reconfigure mailservice. Looks like a problem in your database. Hope you have a backup ;-) Look in database dbispconfig for table mail_user. What gid/uid does your mail user have?
No it wasn't working before In my database dbispconfig the table mail_user have gif/uid =0 Idon't know what is the problem?

If it fails to work in mysterious ways, just start again from an empty host and install the OS and ISPConfig again following the Perfect Server Guide.
