Error message in phpMyadmin (all sites): "Connection for controluser as defined in your configuration failed." What it mean? Can be wrong $dbpass= in /etc/phpmyadmin/config-db.php ?
What operating system, which version? Did Internet search engines with that error message not find anyting useful?
Yes, I found very nice article https://tehnoblog.org/phpmyadmin-er...user-as-defined-in-your-configuration-failed/ but /etc/phpmyadmin/config-db.php password in ispconfig system, added by ispconfig...
Still no info on operating system used. But in case it is Ubuntu or Debian, doing Code: dpkg-reconfigure phpmyadmin may fix it. Or maybe use sudo before the command.
That's wrong, ispconfig does not configure anything in phpmyadmin. The PHPMyAdmin installation is a stock installation of the OS that you use.
