    Hi,
I've just seen my certificate for the control panel and services is not trusted (does not supply ownership information). I read this is automatically generated with the install in ISPConfig 3.2. Is there some way to check what went wrong? Everything else is working perfectly now.
    Thanks,

Maybe that certificate is self signed?
Trusted certificates are from Let's Encrypt or some other certificate authority.
Read the Let's Encrypt FAQ again.
Have you created a website with URL that is the FQDN of the host?

Its the main certificate for my ispconfig control panel, used ISPConfig services. From what I read these are generated at installation and using lets encrypt?

Right got it sorted using the ispconfig_update.sh --force and regenerating the certs.

I see on my other sites (not the control panel domain) there was a CAA entry created in the DNS for letsEnctypt. Does this need to be created also in the DNS for the control panel domains entry?

    CAA records are always optional.
