Hi there, We are migrating to a new server and redoing the installation. We were hoping to not have to reset mail user passwords by simply updating the mail_user table with the existing encrypted passwords from the old installation. When we try this however the decryption doesn't work and login fails. We are moving from a centos box to an Ubuntu box. Could it be differences in the algorithms? The encrypted password contains the salt and algorithm information used so I assume it should work? regards
Have you tried to use this tool Import email configuration from ISPConfig 3 Under tools in the panel?
